Twins!

The other night, I headed up to the cities to go to a Twins game. I even broke out the Twins shirt I bought last year for a $1 for the occasion. Twins versus Indians. The Twins ended up losing, not surprising. I did have a great time though hanging out with some awesome people!

Guess what?!?! A couple of former interns stopped by the center last Thursday and then I went down to the cities this weekend to hang out with them. YAY! Despite the weather, we had a great time with these ladies :)

Twins vs Jays

On Sunday, I went to my third Minnesota Twins game. The Twins ended up loosing to the Toronto Blue Jays 3-11. Boo! Our original seats were in the shade which meant we were cold with the crazy winds. We moved to another part of the stadium so we could stand in sun. This meant I got my first wind/sun burn of the season.  Other than that it was loads of fun - I went with a group of people and got out of the Sandstone bubble. YAY!

On Saturday, I went to the Twins game with a friend. They played a really good team (the Cleveland Indians) and everyone expected them to lose. Turns out that I may be a lucky charm because the Twins won 10 - 3!

Baseball!

Last night, I went to my first baseball game...EVER!

It was Brewers vs Twins at Target Field. I had been looking forward to this all week. After work, we took off down to the cities and grabbed dinner downtown before heading to the game. Our seats had an amazing view of the skyline. The Brewers played awful but as a whole (the gave up 7 runs in the first inning). Overall, my first it was good experience and I would definately go to another game.
